Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Agreement

By using SnapWall (www.snapwall.site), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

SnapWall lets hosts create photo walls and invite guests to upload images via a QR link. Features, storage limits, and pricing may change as we improve the product.

Accounts and walls

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content uploaded to walls you create. You must have rights to photos you upload or allow guests to upload. Do not use SnapWall for illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

Storage and payments

Free storage is limited. Additional storage is sold as a one-time purchase through Polar. Paid features depend on your remaining storage and plan entitlements. Refunds are handled according to Polar’s policies and applicable law.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access that threatens security, storage abuse, or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapWall is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost photos, event disruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Hosts should download important photos before walls expire.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
