What SnapWall is
SnapWall helps hosts create live event photo walls. Guests scan a QR code and upload photos from their phones. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account data
When you sign up, we store your email and authentication details through our auth provider (Supabase). We use this to sign you in, manage walls, and contact you about your account when needed.
Event photos
Photos uploaded to a wall are stored so guests and hosts can view and download them during the wall’s lifetime. Image files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Hosts control wall settings such as passwords, expiry, and deletion.
Guest upload sessions use a cookie to enforce per-guest limits and let guests delete their own photos. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
Payments
Paid storage is processed by Polar as merchant of record. Card details are handled by Polar / its payment processors—not stored on SnapWall servers. We keep order references needed to credit your storage wallet.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, guest identity on walls, and unlocking password-protected events. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the core product pages.
Retention
Free walls may expire based on host settings. Paid walls can be kept until the host deletes them, subject to their storage plan. Deleted walls and photos are removed from active storage.
